(WWD) December 20, 2021, Model agents, designers and buyers weigh in on body diversity, or lack thereof, on the runways and where the industry should go from here. In recent years, the fashion industry — and society as a whole — has had to face up to its multilayered inclusion issues. The #MeToo movement, for one, highlighted gender disparities, while the Black Lives Matter and Trans Lives Matter movements that erupted amidst the pandemic raised important concerns about racial injustice and discrimination based on gender identity or expression. THE BLONDS X MOTOROLA NYFW FW 2022
February 23, 2022. The Blonds absolutely killed their show with the stunning patterns and explosion of sparkle they served to the audience,
giving a dark story with a twist of sexiness and edge. An amazing variety of pieces that really demanded attention. Their focus was mainly the colors black and red with a lot of leather involved. The show felt like a sexy, vampire fantasy, with a pinch of 19th century vibes the beautifully designed corsets gave off. The black leather pieces were adorned with silver jewelry, studs and crystals that shimmed perfectly off the black. Watch show above from YouTube.

Adam Lambert sat front row of The Blond's runway show wearing a long sheer shirt with a velvet floral patterned, followed by dark brown Rick Owens joggers, a pair of gorgeous red suede platform boots, and finished it off with a simple maroon coat.

Before her current position, Cybulski was the design director at The Row, Céline and Maison Margiela. In June 2014, she was appointed artistic director of Hermès' women ready-to-wear. The battalion that made history as the only all-female, Black unit to serve in Europe during WWII. They sorted and handled mail for millions of American service members and civilians. "It's overwhelming,” Maj. Fannie Griffin McClendon, who is 101 said when told of the vote. “It's something I never even thought about it. I don't know if I can stand this.” Only a half-dozen of the more than 850 members are still alive.
